• Since its establishment in 1922, Kameya Hirokiyo has produced manju buns, baumkuchens, cakes, and a range of other Japanese confectioneries fused with Western elements.

• Restaurant Kitamura is located in Kayabuki-no-Sato. The handmade soba noodles produced using Miyama soba flour and local mineral water are highly recommended.
  The thin noodles pair excellently with the soup and go down a treat.
  In September, diners can see the soba flowers blooming white outside the store, making for a luxurious scene amidst the wonder of Kayabuki-no-Sato.
